Why drink water?

Water is the foundation of life. Without water, there is no life on this earth.

Our body consists of about 70% water which enables the communication between the individual cells.

Water is required to regulate our metabolism, our heart and blood circulation, our digestion, kidney function, even to lubricate our joints and help with muscle function.

Avoid Muscle Cramps – drink water

Avoid Constipation – drink water

Improve your Blood Circulation – drink water

Avoid Brain fag – drink water

Avoid Kidney Stones – drink water

Improve your Skin  – drink water

Help to Detox your body – drink water

Improve your Energy level – drink water

Improve Metabolism – drink water

Water is required for detoxing our system, transporting nutrients to cells, and regulating our body temperature.

All metabolic functions of our body require water: The excretion of toxins via our kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin can only happen with the help of water.

Our brain requires water to increase oxygen flow to think clearly.

Water helps to delay the aging process, to keep our skin moist and supple.

No fizzy drink, no herbal tea, no carbonized mineral water can replace pure water.

Mineral or carbonized water is saturated and cannot absorb any toxins, or waste products. That is why it is so important to just drink plain, clean water.

Water is an extraordinary element, not just a simple formula of H2O. It is a life force and transmits this energy, this life to our body.

Let us all drink more water and even more important:

Let us all conserve our water; it is our most precious commodity on this planet earth.

Reset your fat metabolism

January 27, 2015/in Emotional health, Endocrine System, Fat Metabolism, Female Health, Nutrition, Weight Loss /by Deepak

Have you tried to diet and yet you only lose a few kilograms and then plateau?

Have you joined a gym, done physical exercises, yet, after a few kilograms you stop losing weight?

Maybe you are leptin sensitive and your metabolism is simply not functioning properly anymore.

Maybe years of stress, anxiety or grief made your cortisol level rise, which is the reason your metabolism simply does not function anymore.

I am a Homeopath on the Northern Beaches and help you in an 8-week program to reset your fat metabolism, so it will burn fat and not store it.

The program aims to correct faulty insulin mechanisms and restore healthy body composition in people who have had limited success with conventional diet and exercise programs.

You will get results. You will NOT feel hungry and the weight stays off permanently.
